124 Spider - New rear plate...

probably deemed illegal by the fun police so it can easily be removed to show the yellow one still underneath :-)

124 Spider - Black number plate?

Thought I'd play with my favorite Linux picture editor to see how the spider looks with a black number plate. Also thought I'd try minus the chrome strip on the front of the bonnet...I like it :-)

124 Spider - F*&!£$%* Speedo cable!!!!!

Since adding the oil gauge I noticed no speedo reading.
I initialy suspected that the connector had just popped off the speedo itself.
Anyway, I wish that was all it was!
The connector had snapped in 2 meaning the inner cable wasn't secure.
What a fiddly job...
Managed to glue the 2 parts back together which meant holding it in place in the most awkward position known to man :-)
No doubt there's a trick to this (probably lowering the steering column and removing the wheel).
Hopefully that should hold it.

Latest Project...

Hopefully be able to turn these parts into something wearable...Only 1 problem - no caseback!
